Acceptance of Terms

By using Ride Around Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the platform.

What We Do

We provide a platform for:

  • Rides (on demand & scheduled)
  • Airport transportation
  • Business travel
  • Specialty rides
  • Deliveries

Availability isn’t guaranteed and services may change as we grow and improve.

Independent Drivers

Drivers on our platform are independent contractors, not employees.

They control how they complete trips. We set standards but we don’t control every detail of how work is performed.

Bookings & Payments

When you book a ride or delivery, you agree that:

  • Pricing is shown upfront or calculated based on trip details
  • Extra charges may apply (wait time, changes, etc.)
  • Your payment method will be charged

All payments are final unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Late cancellations may be charged
  • If you’re not there, the ride is still charged
  • Drivers won’t wait forever

No-shows = no refunds.

Chargebacks

If something goes wrong, contact us first.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Loss of access
  • Additional recovery actions

Service Reality Check

We aim to be reliable—but:

  • Timing isn’t guaranteed
  • Traffic happens
  • Weather happens
  • Things outside our control happen

We’re not liable for delays or missed plans.

Using the Service

Don’t:

  • Be disrespectful or unsafe
  • Break the law
  • Transport prohibited items

We can refuse service if needed. No refunds if you violate terms.

Deliveries

  • You’re responsible for correct details
  • No illegal or restricted items
  • Timing is estimated—not guaranteed

Liability Limits

We are not responsible for:

  • Missed flights or meetings
  • Lost profits or business issues
  • Indirect or unexpected damages

If something does go wrong, our liability is limited to what you paid for that service.

No Guarantees

Services are provided “as is.”
No promises of perfection or uninterrupted service.

Indemnification

If your actions cause legal issues, you agree to cover costs and protect Ride Around Services.

Force Majeure

We’re not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Accidents
  • Road closures
  • Outages
  • Government actions

SMS Communication

By using our service, you agree to receive booking-related messages.

Message/data rates may apply. You can opt out when allowed.

Disputes 

All disputes are handled through binding arbitration in Georgia.

No:

  • Jury trials
  • Class actions

Governing Law

These Terms follow the laws of the State of Georgia.

Changes

We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use = acceptance.
