Cancellations
- Cancel early = no problem
- Cancel late = fees may apply
- No-shows = charged in full
Scheduled Rides
- Require advance cancellation
- Late changes may be fully charged
Airport Trips
- We track flights when provided
- Last-minute cancellations are non-refundable
Specialty Rides
- Reserved time = reserved resources
- Non-refundable once confirmed
Deliveries
- Once in progress, can’t be canceled
- Incorrect details = customer responsibility
When We Cancel
If we can’t complete your service:
- Full refund or
- Reschedule option
Refunds

- We cancel
- Service fails significantly
