Cancellations

  • Cancel early = no problem
  • Cancel late = fees may apply
  • No-shows = charged in full

Scheduled Rides

  • Require advance cancellation
  • Late changes may be fully charged

Airport Trips

  • We track flights when provided
  • Last-minute cancellations are non-refundable

Specialty Rides

  • Reserved time = reserved resources
  • Non-refundable once confirmed

Deliveries

  • Once in progress, can’t be canceled
  • Incorrect details = customer responsibility

When We Cancel

If we can’t complete your service:

  • Full refund or
  • Reschedule option

Refunds

Issued only when:

  • We cancel
  • Service fails significantly

Everything else = case-by-case.
