SMS & Text Messaging Consent

By providing your phone number through our website or mobile application, you consent to receive text messages related to:

• Account verification (OTP)

• Ride confirmations and updates

• Service notifications

• Customer support communications

One-Time Passcodes (OTP) & Account Authentication

Express Consent to Receive Authentication Messages

By providing your telephone number and/or email address to Ride Around Services Inc. through our website or mobile application, you provide your prior express consent to receive transactional communications, including one-time passcodes (“OTP”), for purposes of identity verification, account authentication, and account security.

OTP messages may be delivered via:

• Short Message Service (SMS) text message; and/or

• Electronic mail (email).

These communications are strictly transactional and security-related in nature and are not sent for telemarketing, promotional, or advertising purposes.

Purpose and Scope of OTP Communications

OTP communications are issued solely to:

• Verify the identity of an account holder or user;

• Authenticate login credentials;

• Confirm account ownership;

• Prevent unauthorized access; and

• Protect against fraud and misuse.

OTP codes are time-limited and expire automatically after a designated period. Ride Around Services Inc. does not use OTP messaging for marketing or promotional communications.

TCPA Compliance Notice (SMS Communications)

For SMS-based OTP delivery:

• Message frequency varies based on authentication events.

• Standard message and data rates may apply in accordance with your wireless service plan.

• Consent to receive OTP text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

• You may opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP; however, doing so may prevent successful account authentication.

Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive OTP communications by contacting Ride Around Services Inc at 1.866.231.4521.

Please note that withdrawal of consent may result in limited, suspended, or terminated access to account features that require identity verification or security authentication.

Record Retention

Ride Around Services Inc. maintains records of consent, including submission timestamps and associated data, for compliance, security, and dispute resolution purposes.
